Features
Body Slide is equipped with the Outside Diameter Axis, enabling to control the position of Body Tool, three dimensionally.
Servo Swing Mechanism numerically controls the lateral (right / left) position of all slides, thus the initial tension of the spring body or the offset position of the Spinner is easily adjusted.
Rotary Wire Feed and Rotary Wire Guide mechanism provides for easy complex forming without changing the position of the slides.
Other than the body slides, all tool slides are driven by an independent servo motor, via crank mechanism, resulting in high-speed precision operation.
MX-20B : Crank axis can be driven by constant speed. This feature is effective for arbor winding and pitch control.
MX-40A : Dual Action Spinner is standard equipment. This can rotates the Arbor as well as the Spinner Tool. (This feature is optional on MX-20B and MX-30)
